Black and white makes it more dramatic
If it was in color, it would be too busy and take away the dramatic effect
Two subjects are presented
Focusing on one subject again, adds to the dramatic effect and makes it more clean looking
The meaning and feeling i find the same, which is mainly sadness
The black and white make the pictures have a different meaning if the photo wasn’t dark it could have a different meaning. What these would look like as color photos is it would give it a different meaning like I already said. 1. what we get out of focusing on one subject is possibly what their story is. they make you feel like something is wrong in the image/photo
