How you rotate text is you press Ctrl T then you high light the text then rotate it where you want it.

we would use Photoshop’s Free Transform command to flip or rotate words.i could use it to help me write words on photo challenge.

you click on the free transform and edit the text and to edit a specific letter you click command t. after the text has a box over it you can go of the side of it and it can be rotated. it wasn’t super helpful but it will be helpful in the future.
